Study on Electrical, Optical Properties of ZnSe/SiO2 Composite skinny Film victimisation Sol-Gel Dip Coating Techniques

This study seeks to induce info regarding electrical and optical properties of ZnSe/SiO2 composite films for physical phenomenon Applications, for this purpose metallic elementSe nanoparticles established in [Si O2] skinny films were prepared by sol-gel technique practice Zn acetate dihydrate [Zn (CH3 COO)2 .2H2O], acid [H2SeO4] and Tetraethyl orthosilicate [Si(OC2H5)4]. The n – ZnSe /SiO2 skinny film composites were deposited on the glass substrate by dip coating technique. quality activation has been studied from the photocurrent degradation curves. XRD results indicate the section structure of ZnSe particles embedded in ZnSe/SiO2 composite skinny films is zinc blende (cubic ZnS).
